The Buffalo Bills announced Saturday that they do not plan on offering Terrell Owens a contract making him an unrestricted free agent on March 5th at midnight.

The 36 year old Owens signed a 1-year contract with the Bills last season and made 55 catches for 829 yards and 5 touchdowns, he also ran for one touchdown.

Last season T.O. became only the 6th player in NFL history to make his 1000th reception, and also moved into 3rd place in career receiving yards with 14,951 yards.

T.O. will be joining his 3rd team in 3 years if another team offers him a contract. After 3-year stint in Dallas, the Cowboys released him at the end of the 2008 season. T.O. then signed with the Bills for the 2009 season.
